Minimum System Requirements
Windows XP (Home or Pro)
256 MB RAM
800 MHz Processor or better
800 x 600 Minimum Monitor Resolution (Anything less the screens will not display properly) Metro has said
there will be changes to the Quest Flags in Mod 10. If there are additional Quests added to the game, then the
minimum monitor size will have to be increased to allow more Quests to be added to the QC Screen.
Microsoft Windows Installer V 3.1 (Setup will install from Microsoft's Website if you do not have it already)
Microsoft .NET Framework V 2.0 (Setup will install from Microsoft's Website if you do not have it already)
Megamud is not required HOWEVER these programs were designed with Megamud users in mind and may not
work with other terminal utilities. I have tested this program with Megamud and with Telnet. It works with
both. I tested the program using Hyperterminal and it did NOT work properly. Hyperterminal's scroll
back did not allow me to copy the information properly. Not all of the information showed up in scroll
back.
Mudop Access is required. Mudops need SYS GOD <USER> STAT, SYS GOD <USER> INVENTORY, SYS GOD
<USER> ABIL, SYS LIST LIMITED, and SYS LIST USERS keys to use these programs.
Internet Connection. An active Internet connection is required. The software works with Dial up, DSL, Cable, T1,
and T3. I have not tested this with any other type of connection but it should work regardless of your connection.
If your computer is using a firewall, the program will need Internet access.
These programs are not designed for the average user. However the average user CAN use these programs IF a
mudop/sysop will provide the user with their SYS GOD <USER> ABIL listing. Simply combine that list with your
stats and inventory, then copy that information to the clipboard.
